What I like best about the Atlas Group is
their availability to help and answer questions. They are
reliable and forthright at all times. The companies they use
for repair and maintenance have competitive prices. When they
do repairs the tenant is always satisfied.
The Atlas Group always checks with me first if a repair will
be somewhat expensive. Inexpensive repairs are done automatically.
Their relationship with my tenants is always professional
and courteous. I could not ask for a better management company
for my rental house. With the Atlas Group I have zero headaches.

The Atlas Group has been managing my income property for as
long as I can remember... it must be at least 10 years. My property
has always had great renters, so having it vacant isn't something
I'm used to. So, if you want your property occupied and managed
