My husband and I have been with the Atlas Group LC since 2000.
Since our main residence is in California, we needed to have

They made the suggestions to us that the carpet would need replacing.
We worked together by phone, and came up with a color and price
and the grade of carpet. We were visiting Las Vegas and went
by our home to meet the renters and see the carpet. We were
not disappointed with their choice. They did a great job. You
can count on receiving the most professional and comprehensive
financial statements from them. You will also receive your payments
on time every month. The staff is always pleasant and interested
in your concerns. We hope to work with them for as long as we
have our home.

I was impressed with Atlas before I even contracted with them.
They took time to answer all my questions about rates, the local
market and what our expectations should be given everything
they knew - which was a lot.... how long do units stay on the
market, what are the rental rates within the area, what tenants
wanted in the area. Because of their knowledge in all levels
of the market, I've had tenants in both of my properties within
the first 6 weeks of having purchased them. And I have saved
money by listening to their recommendations - for example I
thought carpet was needed replacing on one of my units but Sue
said that a security screen door was so much more important
to the tenants. I went with her suggestion - and she ended up
being right.
They carefully look at each applicant and look beyond just the
numbers and credit scores to try to get a good match which I
think is really what can make this kind of endeavor so satisfying
- providing a good place to live to someone who needs it.
Atlas has always provided me with timely financial statements
and answered all of my questions in a timely friendly and professional
way. The only reason we are able to keep these properties is
because we have so much trust that our tenants are in good hands
and we are thankful for that.
