I can't speak for renting from them, but as a property owner I wouldn't use anyone else. I've been with them for a bit over 5 years now and they have always over delivered on the one thing most important to me, peace of mind. I have never had to worry about my property, my check always arrives on time, it's almost always been rented out, and most importantly I have never had to deal with any of the headaches that come with managing a property. Sure, a couple of things have happened along the way. The water heater went out, the builder needed to replumb, etc, which is all part of owning a property. But as for my involvment in those things? All I had to do was answer a phone call from my manager and approve the charges. Never had a moment of stress from that property since it's been with them, and that has been more than worth the price.
