Payments made electronically, through this website, are NOT initially accepted, nor are they immediately applied to your account. Per your lease agreement, and by checking the box below, you understand and agree that these funds will be held as additional deposit in a PayPal account until such time as a determination is made by our office as to the final disposition of said payment.
Per your lease, any funds accepted by our office are FIRST applied towards all outstanding fees and miscellaneous charges before any funds are applied to rent. In the event that your account is in arrears, this payment may be held as additional deposit until either the account is brought current or other arrangements have been made.
There is no requirement that you send payments to the Atlas Group LC electronically. This payment method is here for your convenience only. If you do send the Atlas Group LC a payment using this page you will also pay all merchant fees associated with the transaction.
