Hard Work Has Led To 100% Occupancy at the Utah/Commerce Converted Office Building

In only a couple short years the Atlas Group LC has completely filled the converted Office Space at their Utah/Commerce Las Vegas Location. In the process, they were also able to pay off all the loans that were against the property which is now free and clear.
The largest tenant Commercial Credit Services has now requested that Atlas Group LC vacate the building so that CCS can expand into that office space as well. Negotiations are ongoing but it appears at this time that the Atlas Group LC will need to find a new location.

Mrs. Raines has an extensive background in retail management and internal audit security for such firms as Bullock’s and Strouds Linens.
