After 10 years with the same website, the Atlas Group LC opted for a total makeover. The site had become outdated and burdensome. Website navigation has improved greatly. Streamlining the site has made it easier for their clients to quickly and easily find the information they are looking for. With the advent of Social Media and blogging it only makes sense to make more diverse information more easily available. The speed at which information physically flows makes it possible to provide a more engaging format of material. By increasing their digital footprint, the Atlas Group LC is able to provide faster service to all of its customers which means that potential tenants can find themselves a good property fit that meets their needs and owners get their properties rented faster which increases their cash flow and bottom line.

Hard Work Has Led To 100% Occupancy at the Utah/Commerce Converted Office Building

In only a couple short years the Atlas Group LC has completely filled the converted Office Space at their Utah/Commerce Las Vegas Location. In the process, they were also able to pay off all the loans that were against the property which is now free and clear.

The largest tenant Commercial Credit Services has now requested that Atlas Group LC vacate the building so that CCS can expand into that office space as well. Negotiations are ongoing but it appears at this time that the Atlas Group LC will need to find a new location.

Being adept and willing to work in any area of the city and with any property type, has made them an instant success with any investor venturing into this growing desert real estate market.

They are currently sharing office space with TMC Realty and Management. This will be a good fit as TMC Realty focuses on Homeowner Association Management, while the Atlas Group will be managing single family homes, condos, townhomes, and apartments. Atlas Group LC Hires New Programmer To Update Support Software

In most firms more activity goes on behind the scenes than the public or client will ever know. In today's market place it is critical to have the necessary computer software in order to provide above average customer support. Most canned or off the shelf software in the property management industry is created by people that do not actively work in the industry, day to day, on the front lines with owners and tenants. At the Atlas Group LC we have taken the extra step in order to make the time we spend with our clients more efficient. That efficiency requires custom programming.

Recently we decided to update and improve all of our behind the scenes software and approaches to handling daily challenges in the property management industry. It is anticipated that the entire upgrade process of all 20+ programs will take approximately 2 years. The end result will be improved customer service, faster response times, with an easy to navigate management interface.


Atlas Group LC exceeds Annual Growth Projections in 2016

The Atlas Group LC announced today that it exceeded its revenue goals by 40 percent for the 2016 calendar year over the previous 2015 year. Residential property management commissions were up over 5.21% from the previous year and sales commissions of residential properties increased by 2.4% over the same time period.

"We have expanded our business and increased our bottom line every year since 1995 when we opened our doors in Las Vegas, Nevada. Being one of the larger and more experienced firms in the greater Las Vegas Valley poses additional growth challenges that many smaller firms don't have."

In August of 2015 they outgrew their property management accounting software. Their current desktop system had not been supported by the software manufacturer for several years. The system did not feature any online capabilities whatsoever. A decision was made to leave a fully paid for but inadequate system for a monthly fee-based system that was continually adding features and was internet capable. As it turned out, the monthly cost savings in personnel and hard costs for supplies far outweighed the monthly access fee for the new software. This in turn helped create a stronger bottom line while eliminating many of the accounting and daily operating challenges.

"Each year our goal is to increase our business by a minimum of 5%. Now that we have a full year under our belt with the new software we will once again be able to focus our efforts on expanded services and growth."

The Atlas Group LC began in Las Vegas in May of 1995 as a one-man office sharing office space with another property management firm that specialized in Home Owner Associations, TMC Realty and Management. Since then they have moved into 3 different offices and now have a group of 18 individuals to manage their more than 1500 units. They are continuing to provide the type of management services that owners prefer. Each of their property managers handles the entire management of an owner's property from beginning to end. Her experience with Grandview Marketing as an HR Specialist and as an Office Receptionist and Job Coordinator with Desert Valley Contracting will give her a solid foundation from which to learn the ins and outs of residential property management here in the Las Vegas valley.

Their property manager has to be out and about many times during the week showing property to prospective tenants or inspecting repair and maintenance work that has been completed. With the real estate sales market still struggling it’s likely the rental market will improve at a faster rate, and that opening up new offices now is basically getting in on the ground floor of an improving economy.

Atlas Group Tampa LLC is headed by Shawna Ramkalawan a seasoned property manager out of the Las Vegas Office. Being centrally located was a priority for the expansion. The location allows us to efficiently manage properties in all areas including Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.

The Tampa office will primarily handle all types of residential property including houses, condos, townhomes, and multiple unit complexes up to about 100 units each. Being a gamer can give you the attention to detail that is needed for a career in residential property management. Today, Lando Stracner, a devout gamer has joined the ranks of the Atlas Group LC. Mr. Stracner also has a background in customer service, and money handling through his previous employment with Skytop Vending.

Having a history of being trusted with both a company’s product and liquid finances gives owners a sense of security when it comes to managing their rental properties and tenants. Mr. Stracner will spend some valuable time in the front office learning all of the duties of the receptionists before he moves forward with his property management training. Once that is complete he will be assigned a number of properties under the guidance of more seasoned property managers.

You never know where a gem is hiding. Today the Atlas Group engaged the services of Fernando Avila. Fernando has a degree in Physical Education in addition to being involved in rentals and property management for most of his life. Fernando has quite a bit of maintenance experience having worked alongside his parents in repairing and maintaining all types of residential rentals.

Mr. Avila has spent much of his time counseling youth and helping them to prepare for what lies ahead in life through their participation in team sports. Working as a property manager can entail much of the same work. You are constantly guiding both owners and tenants on how to best handle and manage complex situations that they may not have encountered before. This is the high traffic corner of Charleston Blvd. and Valley View across from the Las Vegas Water Department. This locale is centrally located in Las Vegas and provides easy freeway access to all areas of the greater Las Vegas Valley. Newstart Management LLC has contracted with the Atlas Group LC to manage over 100 individual properties that it acquired through foreclosure of their defaulted mortgages. All of these properties are building code violations, extensive maintenance and habitability issues, unpaid utility bills, little if any rental records, squatters, vacancies etc.

The property at 1111 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas has been sold and is being torn down. The Atlas Group LC has secured a larger office at 1501 S. Commerce, Las Vegas, NV 89104. The move will allow the company to enter the field of Commercial Property Management. They will be involved in converting what was once warehouse space into commercial office space. They will be handling all of the advertising and leasing. The space which fronts both Utah and Commerce streets will be divided into many different postal addresses as different offices become available and leased.

Improving Phone Technologies Improve Customer Service

In an effort to expand services the Atlas Group LC has purchased a new multiline phone system through a British IT firm, Voyager. This system allows for a complex phone tree that will provide customers with immediate answers to their questions when the office is either closed or personnel are out of the office servicing properties.
